Our R&D team developed the groundbreaking Intelligent Aquaponics System — a self-regulating closed-loop ecosystem maximizing yield while minimizing environmental impact.

IAS Technology

Intelligent Aquaponics System

The IAS continuously monitors plant nutrient levels, fish behavior, and water quality. Real-time data enables proactive identification and prevention of issues before they affect yield.

Fish waste serves as the primary nutrient source — zero synthetic inputs. Fish are raised in our on-site hatchery and harvested at approximately 1.5 lbs, with all byproducts recycled back into the system.

Fish processing byproducts and plant trimmings feed an anaerobic digester producing methane gas and nutrient-rich liquid fertilizer, completing the loop.

Advanced Technology Features

Energy Generation

Methane from our anaerobic digester fuels a generator, significantly reducing reliance on grid electricity.

CO₂ Enrichment

Methane enriches the growing environment with CO₂, optimizing photosynthesis and boosting yields.

Waste Recovery

All organic waste feeds the anaerobic digester for energy and fertilizer production — zero waste.

Advanced Nutrients

Specialized biological filters supply on-demand soluble nutrients tailored to each plant cultivar.

Smart Lighting (DLI)

Automated systems adjust light intensity throughout growth, optimizing rate, texture, flavor, and color.

Vacuum Root System

Vertical towers create a vacuum at root systems, significantly enhancing CO₂ absorption and growth rate.

The Closed-Loop Cycle

Closed-Loop Aquaponics & Waste-to-Energy Ecosystem Inner aquaponics loop: fish tank, three-stage filtration, plants, clean water returned. Outer waste-to-energy loop: solid waste feeds anaerobic digester producing biogas for power generation and digestate for organic fertilizer. Inner Loop · Aquaponics

  1. Fish Tank — Tilapia produce nutrient-rich waste.
  2. Three-Stage Filtration — Solids removed, bio-filter converts ammonia, mineralization unlocks plant-ready nutrients.
  3. Vertical Farm — Plants absorb nutrients and clean the water, which returns to the fish.

Outer Loop · Waste to Energy

  1. Anaerobic Digester — Captured solids broken down without oxygen.
  2. Biogas — Methane captured from digestion.
  3. Power Generation — Biogas powers the facility; digestate becomes organic fertilizer for our crops.
